Sunday was our last day in TN...

"Breakfast in Bed"

We got up checked out - let our things with the valet and walked across the street to this cafe called the City Cafe. After the real breakfast we headed to the Zoo!

After the Zoo we headed off to Coolidge Park to see the Antique Carousel!

While in the "park" we stopped and had some ice cream...it was super yummy!!!

Saturday March 14 2009 Chattanooga TN

Good Morning Silly Boys!

Saturday Joe's family came up to go to the aquarium and have lunch...

While we ere waiting on Papa, Nana, & Uncle, we went to the Starbucks and had hot chocolate, organic chocolate milk, or mocha latte(whatever that crap Joe likes) and watched out the window for our guest to arrive!

Once everyone arrived we checked Uncle in and off we went to the Aquarium!!!!

After lunch and the aquarium Nana and Papa had to go ... but Cayden met a new buddy...Mr. Al - Al is Uncle's Friend and we spend the rest of our time with Mr. Al and Uncle...We had a blast with them!
After a brief break - we went to the Choo Choo with Al and Uncle...

While at the Choo Choo we decided it was dinner time. I asked the front desk what was a good dinner spot - they suggested either Cheeseburger Cheeseburger or River Front (i think) any way we picked the River Front Restaurant

After dinner we got back on the bus and headed back to the hotel to SWIM!!

Friday March 13 2009 Chattanooga TN

Friday was our first day in Chattanooga. We arrived at about 11.30 or so...We checked in to the hotel and dropped our stuff in the room. After that we went to Sticky Fingers for lunch. SF is kind of like a Famous Dave's ... FD is better, but Sticky Fingers was good.


*(the hotel lobby) Cayden even played the piano for us! - Joe was super excited that there was a Starbucks in the hotel!

After lunch we headed to Creative Discovery Children's Museum. The kids had a blast and did not want to leave. The CM is so much larger than Atlanta's and a fraction of the cost!

After the Children's Museum we jumped on the Carta's Free Electric Shuttleand rode it to the Choo Choo- the lobby / train station was beautiful! We walked around a little and then decided to take the kids to see the Model Railroad

After the Model Railroad - we headed to LOOKOUT MT we decided on Ruby Falls! This was my personal 2ND favorite thing we did on our trip. Our tour group consisted of our family, a couple from Thailand and the tour guide. It was nice a show paced and we were not rushed through. We were the last tour before the night tours started!

For dinner we ate at Burger King on the fly - Chase fell asleep on the way back from Ruby falls so we headed back to the hotel...

Tennessee Here We Come In 2 Days...

I am going to start packing for TN tonight...The hotel was a swimming pool inside. I am going to pack a swimsuit for everyone...oh joy a freaking swimsuit! ha!!! Here are some pictures from the Sheraton website...

Friday, we are going to go to the children's museum & the kids are so excited...

Saturday, I am not sure what the plan is - I have all the places I want us to go we will see when we get there! Joe's parents and Uncle are coming up Saturday morning to join us...

Sunday, we are going to the zoo and then coming home!
